Preschool classes introduce children ages 1–5 to gymnastics through playful movement, confidence, and discovery.

A little movement can inspire a big love of gymnastics. Our preschool classes help children build coordination, body awareness, independence, and the confidence to try—all in a welcoming preschool program.
Who it’s for
Children ages 1–5. Preschool is our only program grouped by age rather than skill, with parent participation for ages 1–3.

How are preschool classes grouped?
Preschool classes are grouped by age: Preschool 1–3 and Preschool 4–5. Our other programs are organized by skill level.
